whether its sharing with a faith community, engaging people on contemporary issues facing the church, offering a spiritual perspective on an issue, joining in on a podcast, or something else all together, Id love to talk!
Every year I put on a show that explores the meaning of Christmas by revisiting that crazy and wild story about virgin births, angels appearing to shepherds, and an evil king squaring off against a magical baby. Through stories and music, we discover that this isn’t just a cute story we tell our kids once a year, but the most subversive, liberating, and revolutionary stories out there - a story that has just as much to say to us now as it did 2000 years ago.
“What do we do with our pain?” is most important questions we can ever ask because the truth is, no matter how hard we try to avoid it, we will experience pain and suffering. The even truthier truth is that in order to find healing and wholeness, we can’t just explain it away, but we need to do something with it. Through art and words, this show will a new way to deal with our pain and find the healing and wholeness we’re looking for.
